Adrian together with James and the whole McGrath Team have made a formidable and committed team during this Sale. It has not been easy as selling for me as it is a huge event in my life. They understood this, and patiently updated us on trends and results. Though both very professional, Adrian’s occasionally more emotive approach matches James’ often analytic approach. They both have an unparalleled knowledge of the Northern Beaches property scene, house by house. For me, in addition, their integrity is the quality that rates very highly. We all had our moments but in the end we all worked as a Team and here we are, pleased with the Sale.
