Our beautiful home was on the market with two other agents and even though we had a lot of interest, we were unable to secure a sale. After many disappointments, we decided to give Adrian and Jonathan a go. The journey was just the most wonderful experience. Right from the start, we felt that we were the only ones on their books! They handled everything so professionally and efficiently. The process was easy. We landed up selling our home under the most difficult of circumstances - right in the middle of the coronavirus epidemic. There was a lot of uncertainty and doubt on our behalf and Adrian was there with his positive and very assuring attitude at all times and as a result we felt calm and supported. Once , he found the buyer, he was able to negotiate a very fair and realistic price both for ourselves and the buyer. He works non-stop, he makes all the phone calls himself, he doesn't leave any of the important work to assistants. He is driven, friendly, non-pushy and I would, without any doubt, use him again in a heart beat! Thank you to the whole team! Finally we can move onto another adventure!
