As the buyers, we didn't expect to have such a positive experience with the sellers' agent but Lauren was great throughout the process. Transparent as to the sellers' position as well as other offers, we felt that we knew where we stood through the bidding/negotiating process and wasn't trying to push through the sale. Very responsive to communications and engaged on a person-to-person level rather than transactional. Overall a pleasure to deal with :-)

Lyndall is a star agent who helped get our property ready for sale and was always there for us to check on things at the house which was unoccupied during the sales process. It is fair to say we could not have prepared it properly without her involvement and this made a huge difference in terms of showing and gauging potential interest. We were personally at a disadvantage because of the significant difference in time zones but Lyndall always was prepared to take or make calls at odd out-of-working-time hours. She is a consummate professional who puts you at ease and works with you to get the result - certainly not a "pushy" agent. At the same time she is well up to speed on the market in the Northern Beaches and kept us informed of all the viewings and conversations with the viewers. We have no hesitation in recommending Lyndall as a sales agent and wish her the best in the future. We are certainly prepared to engage her services again should we be in a position to sell again.
