We are grateful to have known David, from his selling and buying of properties for several friends, over the last decade. His reputation is well known in our area for being the most genuine of realtors with great market knowledge of the beaches he offers with a true professionalism and his industry experience for 25+years. When we decided to sell in July 2022 it was David who we called to take the reigns and help us navigate the unknown. Our brief was to make this sale as quick, painless and as profitable as possible. Our house was sold 3 weeks prior to auction date in September 2022. David’s ability to keep us calm and focused on the tasks at hand from the beginning through to the sale was commendable to say the very least. He kept me on speed dial taking my calls anytime, listened then quelled my moments of panic and always left me reassured it was all going to plan. David follows through on everything to which we we’re extremely grateful for. For us, there is no one we trust more or could better recommend than David. A true gentleman to deal with through the stressful and sometimes hectic days, I could not imagine working with anyone else.
