Not being locals to Port Macquarie we chose McGrath Real Estate and Steve took our listing. We had received a leaflet in our mailbox from Keith offering a free property appraisal. When we had made the decision to sell we gave Keith a call and made an appointment for him to visit our property. When Keith arrived for that meeting we were immediately impressed by the amount of research that he had done prior to meeting with us, not only on our property but others in our street and local area, all of which was professionally presented to us in the form of a bound book. Keith was very easy to talk to and was very informative about every aspect of the sales campaign. We signed with Keith the very next day for a six week auction campaign. The open houses and private inspections were all carried out with the greatest of professionalism and whilst our property did not sell on auction day, Keith sold the property the very next day as a result of a private inspection that he had arranged. Keith's level of communication was outstanding, he was happy to spend any amount of time talking with us at any time of day or night and on any day of the week. We are very happy with the result that Keith achieved and we highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home.
