We first met Keith Olsen through an open home inspection when we were in the “window shopping” phase of our sell and buy real estate journey. It was at this time when we invited him to provide us with an appraisal of our home. Keith took ample time to inspect our home and within two days had a very detailed appraisal which he thoroughly explained to us in person. Keith’s professional and relaxed approach gave us the confidence to proceed with the decision to sell our home of 10 years. We had our contract of sale drawn up and sent to our agent. Along the way we hit a few speed bumps with financial dealings, however Keith never put any pressure on us but rather kept the communication lines open and offered referral assistance. It was early in the new year when Keith made contact to see how everything was going with us. We were in the final stages of obtaining finance approval when he advised he had an out of area client who was up for a week specifically looking at property. Even though our home was not yet on the market, we offered Keith the opportunity to accompany his clients in our home for an inspection. After spending the good part of almost 2hours showing his clients through our home he called us to advise that an offer for sale had been discussed. We nearly fell our our chairs when Keith mentioned the offer his clients had made on our home. Keith explained to us how he managed to coax such a wonderful first offer, with discussions of the uniqueness of our property in a highly sought after location and using recent sales prices of similar properties as a comparison. We accepted the offer and could not have hoped for a better result. Keith continued to guide us with his expert knowledge throughout the entire process, even offering additional assistance with purchasing our new family home. Keith went above and beyond meeting our expectations. We could never have achieved such a wonderful outcome without Keith as our agent. Thanks you so much Keith Olsen!!!
