Excellent communicator and negotiator. I can't speak highly enough of Nicole and her team

From day one, Nicole and her team pulled out all stops to make sure they achieved the best price they could for my house. Nicole advised me on what needed to be done and gave me a list of items to fix and even arranged the tradesmen to do it. She also organized the stylist who did an excellent job and within a week of the house going on the market she had the house under contract. We did get a number of offers but Nicole managed to negotiate one out of the box that we couldn't say no to. Nicole and her team, Angelique and Layla, are unbelievable good at their job. We couldn't have been happier.

Nicole and Angelique were exemplary in their attitude towards helping us with presentation and help.

Nicole and Angelique provided prompt and knowledgeable responses to all our queries and requirements. This included offering external services to help us out and third party communication with the seller as required. The service was professional and friendly throughout. In retrospect, good advice and industry knowledge was received every time.

Professional and a delight to deal with

We met Nicole at an open home approximately 6 months before we purchased our forever home. Nicole and Angelique were fantastic to deal with and were incredibly responsive, courteous and kind.
