This real estate was amazing, we had been looking for a place to call ours for months but had no luck we had the bookings cancelled or we never heard anthing again but with these guys we had lots of information they helped up with everything right down to the application. They went above and beyond for us and we are so happy.. I would highly recommend going through them and to be honest they will be the only real estate that we will go through.. We bought our property in Kandos at the beginning of this year (2022). We were immediately impressed with the property manager (Lyn) who provided us with a very professional management presentation. She was extremely thorough with her examination of the property and her recommendations in relation to the minor repairs that were required before leasing the property. Lyn was able to obtain wonderful tenants who treated our property as if it were their own. Lyn (and Kendall) have managed our property very professionally and remain on top of repairs or problems as they arise. We have been delighted to find that our property managers are capable and able managers and that has allowed us to have complete faith in them and their company.

Being new to the property investor market we were unsure of the processes. We were referred to Harcourts and from the very first phone conversation with Kendall we knew we had found the agent we wanted to list our investment property with. Kendall had secured tenants within 24 hours of advertising. Kendall was very professional and knowledgeable. She freely gave her time and went above and beyond our expectations. Nothing was to much trouble, was always available when needed and if not available calls were always returned promptly.
