We have just recently purchased a lovely property in Kandos. It has been a dream of ours for sometime to own a place in this area and we were very fortunate to have worked with Sheree Mac an Tanaiste on the purchase. This was our first experience at an Auction and it was all done online - very exciting. We felt the whole time that Sheree had our best interests at heart and at the same time worked hard for the selling client. We are so happy with the outcome. Since we purchased our house from the Harcourts Adlington team we have been unable to get to Rylstone due to Covid-19 lockdown, can’t tell you the peace of mind we’ve had by being able to trust and rely on Lyn & Co to sort out all leasing compliance issues, painting and gardening !
