Experienced and trustworthy
We handed over the keys to Liam and went overseas during the campaign. Through the whole campaign, Liam kept us up to date every step of the way without ever feeling disconnected despite being on the other side of the world. Liam is a hard worker and has a great operating return as to how he runs his campaign, follow ups to all Enquiries all the way to getting an offer and a sale. Def will deal with again.

Our excellent agent!
We engaged Liam after an initial visit to our house. He was personable and pleasant but most of all observant, commenting on the positives of the house to us. We knew then, that he could sell the positives to potential buyers! Liam’s communication skills are excellent. Throughout the whole campaign he maintained an open dialogue, was always available and called when he said he would. He made us feel like our house was special! I’d like to comment also on his team that support him as they were very professional too.

A professional gentleman to deal with.

Great result in selling my Late Mithers Home
With the passing of my Mother we put her home on the market. Liam had known Mum as he had sold her the home some years before and lead us through the process seamlessly and with great respect to the situation. We achieved a great result especially as at this time the market had indeed softened.

Liam and his team are faultless and exceptional.
Liam has an outstanding knowledge of the Sans Souci/Sandringham local area and he guided us through the entire process seamlessly. Not only did Liam and the team of Rob and Natasha set a new record for a 2 bedroom unit in Sandringham but they sold our unit for much more then a fully renovated unit in the block next door to our building which sold 2 months prior to ours in a much better market. It just shows the difference between having a great agent and an average agent who will not go the extra mile. Liam displayed excellent advocacy skills on our behalf and was extremely professional and courteous, with a real “down to earth” genuine attitude.
