Private treaty arrangement in Miranda
We have recently purchased a property in Miranda for which Liam was an appointed agent. The sale was arranged by private treaty in a short space of time (in one week) and Liam and his team were of great assistance throughout the process being almost immediately available and equipped with required paperwork. The contract exchange was convenient as it was an online process which didn’t require traveling to and from the address. Given the speedy process and assistance provided we were greatly satisfied with Liam and his team work.

Very professional and honest
