I had been chatting to Liam on and off for two years about selling my property and he advised us really well on when to sell, what improvements to do and what our expectations should be. The great thing is that he really cares about getting the best result for the client - not necessarily getting a quick sale. We got a valuation last October and it was far lower than we expected. The thing I appreciated was that Liam didn't promise he could get a higher price in that market and explained the reasons for the valuation. I truly appreciated the honesty. This year - we sold above what we expected and at the highest valuation that Liam gave us for our apartment. I would happily recommend Liam to my own family and friends.
