I would like to thank Liam and Natasha from McGrath, Sans Souci, in connection with the sale of our family home. We were kept informed at all levels through the entire campaign which was very much appreciated. Their expertise, experience and care contributed to a result which was beyond our expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Liam to my family and friends should they require an agent. Again, many thanks to Liam and Natasha for this outstanding result. Christine Duncan

We have spoken with Liam in relation to our properties for a number of years now. When the time came to sell one he was our first choice of agent given his knowledge of the area, his client base and completely professional and friendly approach. There were sensitivities around the sale of the property and Liam was understanding, considerate and thoughtful in the way he dealt with these matters. We were extremely happy with the outcome achieved and thank Liam and his wonderful team for all of their dedicated efforts.

Liam was absolutely sensational.Ran a great Marketing Campaign and communication and feedback was excellent. We received progress reports which were imformative and relevant throughout the campaign. The auctioneer he engaged (Stuart) was the best, and Liam negotiated the best possible outcome for us on auction day.Easily the best agent I have dealt with and couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Did a great job in helping us to sell our place, and also in helping us to buy our new place. During one of the open houses he even let me run upstairs to use the bathroom because I had to pee like a racehorse. What a champ.
