Sold in a week !
Choosing Trent Tarbey from McGrath seemed the correct choice for me in selling my property. Trent made selling my apartment easy and stress free. Fantastic Agent
We were recommended to contact Liam by a neighbour who had recently sold his place through him and we can see why. Liam was very approachable and made himself available at any time to meet with us in person or available any time via the phone. He kept us very well informed every step of the way and made a very sentimental sale as easy and smooth as possible. His customer services was excellent. We would highly recommended him as an agent. He was honest and reliable and we think they are 2 major things when choosing an agent.

Experience with Mcgraths sans souci

A very professional agent to deal with
We first made contact with Trent when my wife and I where looking for a property for our two daughters to invest in. Over a period of months Trent has shown us a variety of properties in are preferred area. Each time we spoke to him he was very open with us, we felt that we could trust him to find a property that would suit us. Trent was never pushy in anyway to try and sell us a property that was not what we were looking for. Over a long period of viewing potential properties, and many times he would find time to let us see properties outside of work hours due to are schedule of work. He was constantly in contact with us and always gave us any information that we required asap. We did look at other agencies for properties. Trent finally found us a great property for are daughters that fits what we where looking for. It took time to find it, but over this time Trent was always easy to talk to gave us the right information so we could make a decision and at no time did we feel pressured to purchase. I would highly recommend Trent as an agent for both the purchasing or selling of your property. He has shown us that we can trust him do do a very through and professional job.
