This was our second experience with Rebecca (and Shayne Long). We had previously purchased a house through Rebecca and approached them to sell this property as well. Rebecca advised we do some upgrades but suggested we cancel some others as they wouldn't add sufficient value. We were provided clear summaries after each open home and private viewing. Their valuation was spot-on and they walked us through negotiations rather than jumping at the first offer (which was our instinct). Rebecca and Shayne were always cheerful and helpful when contacted. We were very happy with the process and the result.
