I live in Perth & came to Sydney (May) to commence the process to sell the family home (dad's in aged care). My plan to commute back & forth, decluttering, cleaning & organising maintenance over a 6 month period. A costly, time poor & ovewhelming process. Angelo was extremely realistic, he made no promises on how much new guardians would pay for our home & we were entering a changing market, a real test! The buyers & market would determine $. But you know what really stood out for me, Angelo's personal attributes: care, honesty, reliability, self-accountability, commitment trust & supportiveness. He was professional but he was also like a friend. I called Angelo my 'rock' & those around me will know why. Our home found it's new owner at auction, dad & I were thrilled with the $, but what resonated with me most? the new guardians were exactly what I had hoped for. Beautiful people who felt the love & nuture mum & dad had bestowed the home I grew up in, who loved the home as it was. It's funny, because when I met Angelo I mentioned the type of new guardians I hoped for - funny how the universe works. 🤗 That's my story with Angelo. Blessings 🙏
