I purchased my property from Aaron in 2017 and we had kept in contact over the years. When it came time to sell my property Aaron was my one and only call. Aaron's knowledge for the industry and area is superior. Aaron spent time with me pre, during and post the result ensuring I was educated with everything I needed to know to make sound decisions and always kept me in the loop. Aaron makes you feel like his only client even though he is juggling multiple properties on the market. The result of the sale exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you Aaron and the team at McGrath for a calm and positive experience!

We recently sold our home in Connells Point with Aaron and the process was absolutely seamless. From the 1st day, Aaron was available, informative, honest and reliable. His local market knowledge was far superior to the other agents we met with and his work ethic was beyond reproach. He recommended auction was the best method to maximise our price. A better home in our street had sold private treaty 2 months ago and using Aaron's advice and taking the property to auction, we ended up getting $90,000 MORE than the better home just down the street. All of this resulted in an incredible sale price for our home, like a mini-lotto win for our family. We couldn't recommend Aaron more highly to any prospective sellers in the 2221!
