I came to know Aaron Bird from one of my brothers who had dealt with him before. I read about his profile and specialty in Blakehurst area and his good track record. This gave me the confidence to assign him as our agent. My first impression about him, he was friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour but was professional in his manner. He was knowledgeable about the property market especially in Blakehurst and was savvy in his marketing strategies. Aaron was very pro-active in giving the progress update where he would call you straight after each open house and discuss the next action plan. He would also respond to your text messages even after hours or on Sunday. He was realistic in giving his opinion without over promising. Despite an unforeseen setback we faced, he remained calm and positive throughout and managed to transfer this positivity to us.
