Great service and an outstanding result
Kieran and his team provided an outstanding experience. They were very understanding of our circumstances. Their sensitivity and patience was much appreciated. They are good people and really took an interest in our special requirements. The sale took place under COVID restrictions and they worked very hard to engage as many buyers as possible. The result was a credit to their process and effort they all put in. I think their love and passion for what they do is the reason they are so good.

Great advice; a pleasure to deal with and a fantastic outcome
From the outset Kieran and his team understood what I needed to achieve from the sale of the property. They communicated regularly without being constantly "in your face". The information provided and advice given was always clear and explained fully if queried. Preparation of the property for sale using the tradies recommended by Kieran was money well spent and the quality of the work was excellent. The end result was a sale price well above what I hoped for. All of this achieved in a Covid lockdown. Highly recommend Kieran and his excellent team.

He understood what I want and worked very hard to achieve a good outcome which he did.
Kieran is a good communicator, friendly and kept us informed of progress on a regular basis with the sale of our house. We chose him to sell our home because he understood the local housing market and had the skills to sell our home. We said if anyone could sell our home it was Kieran and we were right. He knew his job and we put our trust in him trust.

Kieran handled the sale of my house in Beverley Park with great understanding for my needs and my circumstances. He worked with his team up to and including the Auction with professionalism at all times. This made me confident that all will be well with the sale, which is was. Kieran on the day of the Auction kept me informed and with the team including the Auctioneer kept me updated with how the Auction was proceeding.

We cannot rate Kieran highly enough. Immediately on our first contact with him, he was across what our plans were and did everything possible to help achieve our goal. Long haul agent, who is interested in the relationship and providing great results
We first met Roger a few years ago when the our sale wasn't even on the cards. Roger stayed in touch keeping us updated on our other property interests and kept the relationship very informational. Fast forward as the sale approached, he again helped out with us in various ways with our move, ran a great campaign under difficult Covid inspection rules and a impeccable auction.
