Angelo was extremely communicative with us at all times. He was constantly on the phone checking up on how we were feeling about the whole selling/auction process. He also had great knowledge of the area and also explained in great detail the selling and auction process. He was always professional but at the same time empathetic and caring. We achieved an auction result way above our expectations and I would attribute that to Angelo’s communication with potential buyers prior to and on the day of the auction. Angelo is the BEST. I know his name from an auction and then starting with email to ask some questions. He replied me very fast and professional way all the times. As an owner, I never asked other agents about their plans to sell, because I know Angelo will delivery the best and try his best to help owners and buyers. Of course everyone wants to compare, but trust me you will go back to him at the end, just because he is the best and someone that you can trust. He used his personal time to help buyers with so many different questions. He passed all the updates and plans to owners nearly every day, because he does understand that the owners want to know what's going on with their property. Our auction gameplan from start to finish remained me of a well executed a football grand final plan.
