He is a great communicator, who always kept us informed during the marketing campaign through face to face meetings (making the extra effort to suit our timing) and was very responsive to our queries. I met Angelo at a open house, at the time the usual interaction and details were exchanged. We didn't think much of it Within a couple of days, he took it upon himself to proactively (not harass) and engage and assist us with looking for a place to upsize. His use of all communication means was suited to our life style as required (messenger apps) rather constant missed calls which i normally miss haha It has been a year long journey to look for a place to upsize , Angelo remained always in contact and assisting us with any enquiry , even if the property didn't fall under his umbrella. He was always accessible, there were many times he would get back to us late in the evening if i had a random question in the middle of the night during our downtime. I cannot recommend him enough, we were expertly and professional guided throughout the process when we found the place. He kept us in the loop the entire time and assisted us in all aspects, no question was too silly for him. I have successfully sold properties both in Sutherland and St George regions with Kieran and his Mcgrath's team. Our relationship time spans well over a decade and each instance for me has been an emotional experience selling "your family home", but in every case I have felt supported by the openess and honesty of Kieran and his team. Infact my most recent sale I would describe it as going above and beyond the call of duty.
