Kieran Bresnahan is a top shelf agent. I expected no less, and he delivered.
Kieran and his team of agents and sales support staff were great to deal with throughout the whole process. They were responsive, attentive, punctual and cohesive. High quality marketing was important to me, and McGrath St George do that very well.

We appreciated the professional and personal service received from both Kieran and Zak.
From initial meeting to set up the sale of our property to regular meetings the discuss the market, as it applied to us, to the eventual very professional auction day, we hold Kieran in high regard and after a successful auction, recommend Kieran's agency to people in a similar position to ourself. One would always want to obtain a higher sales price but we are satisfied with the results acieved.

Knowledgeable and responsive

#1 Agent in the St George area ! Highly recommended !
In January of 2018, my wife and I introduced ourselves to six prominent real estate agents in the Beverly Hills and Kingsgrove areas including Angelo from McGrath Estate Agents wanting to build up a relationship with each as we looked for our first home. Our plan & communication to each agent was to purchase a house and immediately after the purchase sell our current apartment. Five of the six simply added our details to a generic mailing list except for Angelo. To Angelo’s credit, without seeing our apartment or a guarantee that we would engage his services to sell our apartment, immediately set the foundations of building a relationship with us, offering advice and market feedback, calling every week to see how we went over the weekend viewing properties and offering his assistance. Angelo even offered to act as a buyer’s agent for us free of charge. Finally in May of 2018 we purchased a property. We called up Angelo with the good news and within a week and a half, our apartment was listed by Angelo and his team. The advice Angelo offered free of charge, selling tips and staging advice was a credit to him in his team that after three open houses we received an offer that met our expectations & we sold before auction. A big thank you to Angelo and his team (George Hatzi and Elizza Wilson) for their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help us in achieving a quick and successful sale. My wife and I, without any hesitation would recommend Angelo and his team to our family, friends and the general public if you are buying, selling or renting and look forward to work with Angelo in the future.
