A helpful, positive and hardworking team
We just sold our house with Daniel and his team. They were extremely helpful and were always on the other end of the phone when needed. They worked very hard for us and I would recommend them to any future sellers.

Daniel was very approachable and worked very hard for us to achieve a great price for our house.

Sold in 1 week!
I have used Daniel and his team as my agent before and was not disappointed on this occasion. The house was sold in an off-market process one week after our first discussion with Daniel. We had two "invitation only" house opens and we exchanged late on the Saturday after the second open. Daniel was very accommodating and clear in his advice. As painless as selling a house can be!

I wouldn't use anyone else.
We gave Daniel a brief and he didn't waste our time - great market knowledge narrowed down a list of potential options. These included off-market opportunities. He assisted in negotiating the price of the off-market property we bought, and was very direct and open at all times. Post contract he has coordinated access and helped negotiated some minor tweaks to the deal.
