Very helpful and professional

Sold a Difficult Property
Daniel Cook worked hard for this sale: We had a hard property to sell as the property was not level and there was no way to put in a pool (if desired). This caused a prolonged selling period on the market as the surrounding level properties and/or with pools sold first. My only suggestion is Daniel should have expected the prolonged time on the market and set that expectation with the seller, given the topology of the property,

Transparency and integrity
We are moving back to the area after a while away from it. Noted that Daniel had a lot of the listings that were most in-line with our needs. He and his team were always happy to provide useful insights into the area and the market. When we identified our preferred property, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience of securing the property. It is a competitive market, but I found all of my dealings with Daniel to be transparent, no-nonsense and all the information provided to me lined up with my own research. Excellent support all the way through sales process
Daniel and Michael were very professional and went above and beyond in their support of their sale, from organising the gardening, cleaner etc.., to providing regular updates and all the way to recommendations for removalists. I especially appreciated their speed of communication during a highly stressful time even after the contract had been signed. Highly recommended.
