Great service from an easy to deal with agent
Josh was extremely easy to deal with and took a lot of the anxiety out of the selling process. His straightforward and pragmatic approach helped us navigate the sale of our home during a time that was made a bit more challenging due to Covid restrictions. We felt at ease and never felt under pressure or uncertain working with Josh and his colleague Tracy. I would highly recommend him as an agent!!

Very satisfied and highly recommended
Melanie made what could have been a very stressful time into a seamless and smooth experience for us. From the very beginning Melanie was up front and genuine and gave us tips and suggestions to better place us on auction day. Her knowledge of the area, property market and what buyers to appeal to were spot on. Melanie didn’t try and feed us with above market price estimates of sale just to get our business, she was very realistic and let us know of all possible outcomes on auction day, including the possibility it may not go as we hope. Throughout the whole process she had great communication, she was very approachable, knew what was required and actioned items as required and on time. We would wholeheartedly recommend Melanie Walden and McGrath to anyone looking to sell, we are extremely happy with her and their services. Josh sold our house for us!
Huge thank you to Josh Stirling and Tracy Paus for their help in selling our home. We set them a real challenge with trying to get a sale during COVID but they were not daunted! From the start their communication was excellent and their commitment was very admirable! I recall Josh saying, ‘we’re going to sell it’ and despite long months of open homes and no offers and a fizzer of an auction, that’s exactly what he and Tracy did. We chose Josh because he had pulled off the perfect marketing technique of regularly touching base with us but never being pushy in the lead up to our decision to go on the market. He played the long game and won us over with his common sense and ‘can do’ attitude. Once we went on the market Tracy was very much a constant with excellent advice and encouragement during our long journey of trying to sell a property during Melbourne’s worst lockdown. I, highly recommend Melanie to anyone looking for an agent in the St. Kilda area. Most importantly, I didn't think that it was an easy task for me to sell my property in St. Kilda, Melbourne, while living in the USA. To her credit, it was "absolutely a breeze" and the property was sold within a week. Melanie provided professional, prompt and informative service and is highly knowledgeable of the area. She had no hesitation in going the extra mile in organising workmen and the interior decorator to present the property well and ready for sale within days. I am extremely pleased with her hard work to get the job done.
