James worked very hard to sell the unit. James had many hurdles along the way but kept me informed daily. Eventually the unit sold through McGrath hard work. Very professional throughout the whole experience

We loved having James run our campaign James is thorough, honest and a great communicator. He shared every aspect of our campaign and was always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend James, Steven, and McGrath Strathfeild to any future seller. Thanks so much James for marking selling our house so enjoyable.
