Matt was extremely communicative and helpful. He had great knowledge about the property and the market that helped us understand our situation better and make decisions easily. The biggest highlight for potential buyers is his efficiency, always available to talk and quick in mediation. Thank you Matt!

The thought of selling my investment property in Sydney when I am living in Melbourne was daunting. I imagined that I need to travel to Sydney to sign lots of forms, find a local conveyancer to handle my deal and maybe a second trip on auction day etc. But when I spoke to David Pisano from LJHooker, he put me at ease rightaway. Everything can be done from the comfort of my own home in Melbourne with no interstate trips, he said. He also recommended a trusted conveyancer to me, so selling my property was effortless from my end. Of course, David also did his best to negotiate the best sale price from my tenants, so all parties are happy in this sale. A perfect win, win situation due to his professionalism. Thank you, David.

Tarun and his colleagues (Alex; Jacob; Paul & Carlos ) were very professional yet helpfully from the start to the end of our purchasing process. During our open inspections that Alex & Paul have provided valuable suggestions and Jacob encouraged and supported us a lot on the auction day. You won't regret to go with McGrath - Strathfield, especially with a group of passionate, well-groomed and friendly individuals.
