David and I agreed on a realistic price range and he had a sale within the week. David was very professional and kept me informed with potential buyers feedback and he happily showed the property outside the "Open Home" times where he secured the sale. It was a completely stress free experience and we were very happy with the price.

David is a class agent. He is professional, genuine and his communication is second to none. We had a tricky property which made for an up and down campaign. We knew this sale was in the right hands after speaking to David. And he certainly delivered. We were over the moon with our auction result as David definitely extracted the maximum price. We've been recommending David and his team at LJ Hooker to all our friends and family. Top bloke with the skills to match.
