The agent was - 'As a matter of fact', and, I didn't mind since that's how the market is now compared to what it was during old times. There were of course some anxiety when the agent insisted that it has to be "an unconditional agreement". We understood that he was doing the best for the Buyer. After the purchase and moving into the house, we could not find out the following: 1. Where the electric meter was (Origin wanted to know) 2. The previous supplier of energy (Simply Electricity) refused to supply saying something like "your meter needs corroboration, try other retailers like..." 3. We are still not sure how the Solar panels work, this in terms like, wheather it is feeding into the grid etc... 4. We were unaware of the property insurance, luckily the other Strata holder came out and spoke to us about it on the very first day. 5. It would have helped if we were allowed to speak to the previous owners to know about certain things like: watering the plants (periodicity) and general maintenance around the house. weekly rubbish collection etc. Overall, we got the feeling that the Real estate market is very hot hence time was the essence to our agent. We got the feeling the the agent was being fare to the owners and got them the Best price for the house. We are happy to buy the house and feel good about the purchase in terms of the location and house condition

Upon meeting Tracey I could see she had the skill set I was looking for in an agent, being well grounded, yet very professional. She had drive, compassion and being a people's person I felt she could adapt to all personalities. Tracey certainly proved all of the above and more! Tracey had to sell a secret, since I was required to sell without the benefit of photos- what a challenge! However this didn't stop Tracey from inviting buyers to make the time to inspect my property sight unseen as she painted the dream and got them through the door. Tracey treated my tenants with respect and worked in with their needs, whilst meeting the requirements of the buyers with her strong negotiating abilities. These negotiating skills have also been reflected in my sale price and my strict settlement time frames to settle. At times Tracey had to organise collection of keys to gain access due to my busy schedule and she always arrived on time and with a smile!
