Upon meeting Tracey I could see she had the skill set I was looking for in an agent, being well grounded, yet very professional. She had drive, compassion and being a people's person I felt she could adapt to all personalities. Tracey certainly proved all of the above and more! However this didn't stop Tracey from inviting buyers to make the time to inspect my property sight unseen as she painted the dream and got them through the door. These negotiating skills have also been reflected in my sale price and my strict settlement time frames to settle. At times Tracey had to organise collection of keys to gain access due to my busy schedule and she always arrived on time and with a smile!
