We have been looking for an apartment on the Gold Coast for some time and left our name and details with many estate agents with virtually no follow up. Mark was the exception. He replied almost immediately to any queries that we had, and the one time he did not know the answer he contacted the body corporate straight away and phoned us with the answer that afternoon. We were very impressed. Even after selling the property he helped us gain access for another viewing and assisted with rental issues.
