Primarily I was impressed by the professionalism whereby when I was given a time and date for various meetings, open houses, discussions etc I could count on a prompt response or attendance. Mark worked extremely hard to effect this sale which was quite often fraught with challenges. He rose to the occasion and at all times was efficient and business like, although at times he may have found me a trifle difficult.
