Extremely Helpful Agent.
We dealt with Mark in the purchase of a vacant block of land at auction. Marks knowledge of the area and assistance was first class and definitely helped us achieve our goals. The new build is nearing completion and we will certainly be inviting Mark over for an inspection of what we have been able to achieve on the vacant land as well as cold beer or two. I would definitely recommend Mark as the best agent in that precinct.

Honest Agent
Mark is a straight up honest agent. He took the emotion and stress out of selling our place with his "straight to the point" and "matter of fact" attitude. His knowledge of what was happening in the market was spot on, as what he said he would for our place he did. If you want an agent who will give you the facts whether it's good, bad or ugly and doesn't "fluff" things up to get your hopes up then Mark is your man. We'd happily recommend him to anyone.

Saved the Day!
When our own lawyer/agent dropped the ball on the hour of settlement and we were at risk of being homeless, Mark worked his magic and saved the day. There really is no alternative to using a local agent with an abundance of local knowledge and contacts.
