Excellent local resource and high level of service

Great communication with a frank approach
My wife and I purchased a property that Mark was the appointed agent on. From the very first phone call, Mark was direct and frank in his dealings. I could tell that he was very focused on looking after the vendor's interest, and wasted no time validating our position and being clear on what was needed to make the deal happen. As a motivated buyer, I appreciated that approach. He then showed real care, consideration and proactiveness to stay on top of all conditions of the sale to keep it on track. He looked after his client, but he also looked after us.
