Hightest Recommendation we are able to provide along with a truly heart felt thank you to Trevor Hamilton and his team from McGrath Real EstateTerrigal. Sale Background... We decided to place our property on the market late last year (2019) and commissioned Trevor Hamilton as our agent and subsequently moved to Queensland leaving the sale of the property in Trevor's hands. Little did we know the next 5 months were to be the most trying period in recent history for selling anything that alone a 2 1/2 acrea property. Looking back over the past 6 months the Central Coast saw the worst bushfires season which ravaged the coast and most of the country, followed by rains resulting in floods that impacted wide areas of the east coast. And if this was enough Australia shut down due the Coronavirus for the first in history of wonderful country. The effort put in to finding the right buyer was nothing short of a marathon and a testimonial to both Trevor and his team. Nothing was to much trouble in making sure the property was always in picture perfect condition often working onsite for hours and going beyond to ensure everything was as a prospective buyer would want. We have read the comments posted by others and thier experiences , although I am sure they feel justified in all of their reviews all we can offer is an honest account of our experience listing with Trevor Hamilton. If you are considering selling we could not endorse McGrath and Trevor high enough. We achieved the sale price and conditions of sale we orginally set as our goal, well Done Team Trevor and a special thanks to Nick. When my brother and I started searching for an agent to run the sales campaign for my mother's deceased estate, we didn't necessarily like the agents that we had interviewed (for various reasons and they may well have achieved the same result, who knows?) Trevor Hamilton's name was recommended to us and right from the start it was like doing business with a few laughs and confidence to know that this guy's got our back. I really can't remember a single time through the campaign where I didn't have total faith that the very best outcome could be achieved. And amidst rather trying and uncertain global turmoil, I feel that the best result was achieved. Trevor has a great team behind him and they get the job done. Highly recommended.

We were very satisfied with the work both Paula and Tracy did in selling our home and buying another. They were always upfront and honest about the market expectations and the price achieved reflected this. They worked hard in procuring prospective buyers for our home and followed up any interest during the lead up to auction. After-sales service and advice was also good and Paula was invaluable in suggesting a source of finance for our new home that was competitive. The result we got for the sale was more than I was expecting. Steve Nixon and his team put a lot of work into marketing the property. This was a deceased estate and I was the executor to the will. My aim was to get the best price and agent for the beneficiaries. Steve was very honest with me and told me what the property should fetch. The thing I look for in an agent is honesty.
