Unfortunately l let my guard down with Tracy and made the mistake of putting my trust in her. I should have read the signs of not receiving my Sole Agency Agreement in 14 days instead of 48 hours - the For Sale sign being erected outside the wrong property - no written feedback from her regarding three open houses or who entered my property - an online auction that was hindered by a “technical glitch - which has an impact on the bidding and my sale price - a visit from her at 11.30pm that night - with the Auctioneer on face time (which was the first time l had seen or spoken with him) - and urgently made to sign my mobile phone - which in turn was transported onto the Contract For Sale - and emailed to me at 11.47pm. The final insult was the For Sale sign fell into the gutter two days afterwards! She earned just under $25,000. I believe that in view of the above experience - Tracy did not act in my best interests as a Vendor. The Department of Fair Trading did act on a Breach regarding the handling of my sale.
