If you are thinking of selling and have a number of agents in mind I think it is worth doing some inspections at houses they are selling with to see if they live up to their sales pitch. We were especially surprised with nonexistent or slow follow up from some agents. In contrast we definitely feel that Trev did his best for us during the sales process and could not be happier with the service he provided.
