What an amazing experience it was having Steve Nixson and his team sell our family home. I don't have any hesitation in recommending Steve to other owners. He got us an amazing price in a short time so that we were able to buy a block of land to build our new home. His initial estimate was incorrect though as he ended getting us a much higher price lol! Steve is obviously very experienced in the real estate game and this was evident in our dealings with him during the promotion and quick sale of our house. We found him to be approachable and open to communication whether it was within 'office hours' or outside of them, at times answering questions and bringing potential buyers through our house on his days off. Brought our sale to a successful conclusion prior to auction. Very happy.

We had the pleasure of working with Steve through the sale of our property in Erina. We were thoroughly delighted with the outstanding price that Steve was able to negotiate for us just prior to our property going to auction. It is an outcome well above our expectations and way beyond mediocre estimates which some other prominent agencies were prepared to value our property at. This was only attainable because of Steve’s exceptional negotiating skills. Last year we sought valuations from some agencies, including Steve. We were not prepared to sell at that time and although we put him on ‘hold’, we were so impressed with Steve and his astute advice, current market knowledge and his good nature, that he naturally became the agent to engage when we finally decided to sell our property. He discussed with us how our property was rather a unique property and that prospective purchasers would feel an emotional attachment when they viewed it.
