He knew who our best buyers would be and gave us honest advice about changes we could make to our house prior to going to market in order to gain those buyers interest. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the industry putting our minds at ease throughout the auction campaign and particularly auction day. He executed a successful marketing campaign and we were very pleased with our final result. Steve was always available when needed, even out of usual work hours and went above and beyond to make sure things were in order for auction day. He even spent a whole day dealing with the council on our behalf. Steve kept us well informed of any inspections, buyers and feedback throughout the process. Steve was instrumental in our purchase. He was just fantastic. Steve took the initiative to notify us of a new listing that fit our criteria, which we had detailed at a previous home inspection. He obviously listened and kept all our details and requirements. Most impressive was that he actually referred back to them and made us aware of the new property. A very smart and personal touch, a proactive approach. With many buyers hunting for homes, we found this personal touch was easily lost. His effective communication and knowledge of the area, and all things real estate, kept us calm and comfortable with our decision to buy. Ours was particularly sensitive as it was a prior to auction sale. Steve was great throughout the whole process and kept us well informed every step of the way. What a pleasant experience it was dealing with Steve & Hayleigh. Steve explained the Auction sales strategy's with us very early on so we new what to expect and how to deal with any pre auction offers. We were thoroughly delighted with the outstanding price that Steve was able to negotiate for us just prior to our property going to auction. It is an outcome well above our expectations and way beyond mediocre estimates which some other prominent agencies were prepared to value our property at.
