We trusted Di Bulmer as she put forward a very trustworthy front. however, on signing with her she then literally ignored us, to the point where she walked past us while working in the front yard of the property we signed her to sell and she totally ignored us, like we weren't there, we then made our presence known to her she kept walking and quipped she and her lackey were now canvasing the area. AND after agreeing on the sale price Dianne couldn't be bothered to sit with us while we signed the contracts on the sale, we only dealt with her underling. We never saw her again, until she dropped off a bottle of champagne to celebrate our sale. Our sale was completely beneath our expectations and to add insult to injury she acted as if she were working for our buyers and not US!! She NEVER disclosed the fact that our video of the property was never to be shown on domain or real estate.com (which we had paid to advertise in) because it is a regulation of McGrath that independent videos are not permitted to be shown in a wider marketplace. This was a wasted marketing tool and could have raised the number of interested parties in our property especially form the outer suburbs of Sydney. At the end of the day we sold to a person we actually know, and, that family was made aware of our property through our sharing the vid.eo with friends,. in short i would never recommend Di Bulmer OR McGrath to ANYONE.
