The sale of the property went through smoothly. The bad stuff happened when we moved in. There were lots of problems when we moved in. The carpets weren't cleaned, the house wasn't cleaned, the pool was a mess, the oven didn't work (which was totally bypassed by vendor with last inspection) and the aerial had to be replaced. Oh, and there is a leak in the bathroom ceiling, that wasn't picked up by the building inspector and the kitchen sink drains had a paint brush and paddle pop stick in the U bend, which blocked the kitchen sink. Can you tell me how to pick all this up in half an hour inspection and at final inspection. I love this house, but wow, I have spent some money. I left my last house spotless, this house was a pigsty. Thanx Marina Richards
