Finding the right agent is key to selling your home for the best possible price. We met with a number of agents from different agencies and chose Stephanie as she had a clear plan on how to achieve the best price for our property. Stephanie gave us good advice, that we followed and we made sure that our home was presented at its best for every viewing. Stephanie was involved in ever step of marketing and selling our home from accompaning the photographer during the photo shoot to ensure that our home’s features were highlighted and our home would appeal to the broadest of prospective purchasers. Very hard working agent including both Saturday and Sunday showings
Hard working agent Was a long campaign but was sold in the end despite a market downturn Rennee didn't keep requesting a lower price and stuck to our revised target price throughout the 4 month campaign If we went back in time we would still use Renee but change a few things like more than 9 photos plus an aerial shot and would of chosen a waterfront insert photo as part of the existing for sale photo /sign. Well done
