I had six Estate Agents to choose from and I didn't know who to choose (because they all stacked up really well). So I saw my Estate Agent Friend (who is the top selling agent where I live In the Wollongong Area). He checked them all out then advised me that Adrian Culpin was my man. My wife and I drove up to meet Adrian & Brittany at their Toukley Office late on a Saturday afternoon. They were a breath of fresh air!! They explained everything to us really well and we didn't feel rushed or pressured even though it was late on a Saturday. Kim and I decided to go away and process our thoughts and we both agreed Adrian was our man. So we went back and signed him up to be our Selling Agent. Everything went really smooth and the communication was first class. They organised "Ezystep Conveyancing" for us and they were also very professional. They arranged with the Tenants for photos to be taken and they turned out unbelievable. Our house sold on the first day of Open Inspection with 20 people coming thru. We achieved $600,000 which beat the previous record of $530,000 . What a RESULT!!!! We can't thank Adrian & Brittany enough so I WOULD certainly recommend them to be your Sales Agent.
