Best real estate agent I've ever dealt with!
Adrian is an absolute legend, he made the process of purchasing our first home an enjoyable experience. He was very transparent and shared a wealth of information with us and made us feel very comfortable. We highly recommend Adrian, don't buy a house from anyone else if you're looking at living on the Central Coast.

Adrian made my experience of looking for a property and then purchasing one so easy, he was very helpful and knowledgeable in every avenue he answered all my concerns and requests straight away nothing was to much trouble for him, he was always available to talk to when I called which is very rare it was a pleasure dealing with him.

The best around.
We felt comfortable from our very first meeting with Adrian. He displayed great local knowledge, was honest and upfront in regard to pricing and costs and took the time to answer all our questions. Adrian was hardworking, always responded to calls and messages, and took the time to report back after all inspections. When the Covid 19 lockdown occured Adrian continued to work hard adapting to the restrictions. I really believe his knowledge and experience during this time gave us the confidence to stick it out and made the difference. We have no hesitation recommending Adrian he really is the best around.

A scary process made super easy
Having first Met Adrian when we started looking at the local market, it became apparent really quickly that he had a huge knowledge base for the area we wanted to move to. His communication skills are well beyond exceptional. From the moment we knew which house we wanted, he guided us through the process so quickly and with ease. As our first ever home purchase, he made the whole process so easy. We can not thank him enough for not only helping us secure our dream home, but his utmost professionalism and dedication. Exceptional Professional Friendly Service
From the moment we walked into our future home Adrian was extremely friendly, professional and relaxed and prepared to answer any questions openly and honestly that we had about the house. Adrian spoke positively about the vendor, neighbours and the general area which made us feel comfortable instantly as we are not from the Central Coast. The house was presented for inspection immaculately and very tastefully decorated which was a credit to the vendor. From the moment we decided to put an offer on house, Adrian was always available to interact with the Vendor and again answer any questions etc. that we had. The whole process has gone very smoothly and we are very excited about moving into our new home.
