High Communication throughout the campaign
We had the pleasure of having Abby as one of our listing agents for the sale of our family home. Abby's communication throughout the campaign was fantastic, she keep us informed with buyer feedback and her market knowledge was second to none. Abby answered all of our questions and was extremely proactive during the process, which made selling our 2nd home stress free

We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Abby to vendors or anyone looking to purchase a new property. After meeting my partner and I several years ago as we embarked on our search for a new home. Abby has maintained contact with us keeping us abreast of the current markets. After a two year search for our new home and meeting numerous Real estate agents in that time our decision to engage Abby as our selling agent was not only the best choice for us but also, as we were well aware the best for any and all prospective buyers. From start to finish Abby has maintained great communication throughout the whole process. With a positive can do attitude with all aspects of the selling of our home. Under the tight deadline constraints we placed upon Abby, she excelled! Abby's customer service is impecable. Abby has checked in on our packing progress and has even taking the time to personally hand deliver some moving boxes to our doorstep. We would 100% recommend Abby!

A great result in a tough market
Abby is known for her great results in the local area, and now we know why! In a tough market, our property sold within the first week, for a price that was greater than we expected. Abby was great throughout. She was clear and realistic with her initial appraisal, and helped us feel at ease throughout the process. She kept us informed all the way and was always easy to reach when needed. I would definitely love to have Abby in my corner again, when the time comes to sell another property!

Friendly, professional and amazing
Having never sold a house before we were a bit nervous and the market was falling so that didn't help. From the first meeting with Abby I felt at ease. She was friendly, not full of Real Estate Waffle and confident she could sell our home and do it well. Countless open houses (including weekends and public holidays), advice, support, a passed in auction and she never gave up and always remained positive...and she did it!! I feel Abby was generous with her time, answered all my questions, was incredibly knowledgable of the market and also was wonderful with the prospective buyers. We sold above market rates and with her great negotiation and communication we got the settlement time and price we wanted. I can wholeheartedly recommend Abby and we have already decided to sell our next property with her in a few months.

Knowledgeable, personable and professional through and through
My husband and I had been looking for the right property to purchase for several months and throughout the process came into contact with many different real estate agents. When we met Abby we were blown away with how approachable and friendly she was. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry and carefully guided us through the process of buying our home which was initially a daunting experience for us as first home buyers. She simplified the process for us which in the end became a relatively easy one to navigate. Abby often answered and made calls to us out of hours which we really appreciated and was always super friendly and diligent in doing so. As purchasers we found some agents to be quite pushy and at times untrustworthy whereas Abby was always straight forward with us and didn’t use any pushy sales techniques which we had come across in the past. Thank you for everything Abby! We love our new home and would have no hesitation in recommending your services to others who may be considering selling or buying. The Vendor Picked Their Agent Well
We had been looking at houses since January of 2019 and ended up buying a property in May and Abby was the agent. We had dealt with many different agents but Abby was one of the few that actually called back more than once, with my job I don't answer my phone much & check voicemail typically once a week but Abby was able to break through those barriers and build a good relationship with us as a potential buyer. If I was selling my house in the Boronia/Wantirna area I wouldn't hesitate to engage Abby as the agent to sell the property, purely for the fact the experience I had with Abby as a buyer is the experience I would want a prospective buyer interested in the property to go through.
