I cannot recommend Geraint and Chelsea highly enough. Both individuals made the selling process less stressful by displaying an extremely high level of interpersonal and communicative skill that I had not witnessed in an agent before. Geraint also assisted us with another matter involving an unethical agent which enabled us to list and sell the property with him within two weeks, instead of having it on the market for two months.
