I selected Cayle because he was extremely proactive, had a strong track record, and promised that (as an interstate vendor) he would be able to minimise hassle and inconvenience to me. The property wasn’t in the best of condition after being tenanted, and Cayle delivered on his promise that he could get the property ready for sale without me being involved. He assembled a huge team of tradespeople (electricians, landscaping, handymen, painters, flooring) - and had the property worked over inside of 2 weeks. His team (Hayley) project managed the works entirely, developed a timeline, coordinated the trades - all I had to do was pay the bills. The house as beautifully presented for sale, and sold the day after its first open home for a price that I was happy with. All round would recommend Cayle & use him again for my Qld property.
