Craig is a superb local agent from McGrath Real Estate, Wilston, an inner city suburb of Brisbane and next to our suburb, Newmarket. He is thorough and knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling process as we went embarked on this journey to sell our home. When the contract of sale needed to be signed, we were in Katherine, Northern Territory and Craig talked us through singeing the contract of sale online. After trying to sell my home with two other agents over the course of 6 months, I was feeling very defeated and had zero trust in real estate agents. I was just about to give up and put my home on the rental market when Cayle texted me to check in. I decided that I had nothing to lose at this point and agreed to a 60 day agreement before I put it up for rent. I wasn’t hopeful and honestly thought it’d be a miracle if Cayle could sell it for me after two other agents had tried for months. I noticed a difference in how Cayle approached things from the moment we first met, throughout the campaign and now with overseeing the settlement.
