Professional with excellent communication
At our first meeting with Cayle we were surprised that we didn’t have to explain the value we saw in our property as we did with other agents. He understood, communicating all of the reasons that he expected to achieve a higher sale price than even we believed possible, not trying to ‘educate’ us to expect less for our property. He clearly demonstrated his experience selling quality prestige property locally and had a detailed understanding of the value different pockets within Gordon Park hold, in doing so he gave us the confidence that he was the agent to achieve the best price for our property. He promised open and constant communication, regular detailed information on buyer feedback and a team who work like a well-oiled machine to support us through the campaign, and unlike a lot of agents actually delivered on all of these. We were always clear on buyer sentiment and went into auction day feeling comfortable and confident of a positive outcome, the fact that the price was well in excess of expectation was a very appreciated bonus. We are already recommending Cayle and the McGrath team to others for a positive and professional sale experience.

Very Reliable!!

Honest, proactive, personable.

Managed the sale like it was his own property
