Nailed it!

Craig and his team were brilliant to work with start-to-finish. We really liked how he was straight-up and direct and told us what we should be expecting to sell our property for and had really clear ideas of what we needed to do to maximise potential. Commission structure was really great and very competitive. Best of all - Madison and Craig managed all aspects necessary to get the property ready to sell and were 100% on top of everything start to finish.

Professional, hard working and dedicated

Craig is on top of the market, works hard to present your property and is upfront and honest. You don't need to chase him up as he is on top of everything. I have been recommending him to everyone I know. He is what all Agents should be like. He is also part of a hard working team that helps him stay on top of everything.

Highly recommend Cayle & Craig for properties in the higher end market

We recently sold our house with Craig Lea & Cayle Blaxland from McGrath, and this is a testimony of our feedback during the sales process of our property. I would like to start by providing some context on our sales experience: we sold our property 12 months after purchasing it, which weighed its own challenge, but we did not have any time pressure to sell. McGrath was not the first agency we mandated to support us selling our property. Another major Real Estate agency had previously been mandated with a similar price objective. They obtained offers about 20% lower to the price obtained by the McGrath team. That agency's conclusion was that the offers received were within the market range based on recent statistics at that time and negatively influenced by our own purchasing price 12 months earlier. Based on these conclusions, that first agency tried convincing us we should seriously consider the offers they obtained & move on. This type of sales, together with biddings, qualify as transactional sales, which in our experience (5th property sold so far) might be an efficient model in the lower end of the property market: a business model maximizing sales volumes over margins from an Agency perspective, but not from a seller's perspective whose objective is to obtain the best deal (price & conditions). We then mandated McGrath to support our sales. They took us on a very different approach, which qualified as a sales journey in opposition to the very transactional experience we previously had. This journey converged expectations of both ourselves as the selling party & the buying party, & we believe it is a better suited approach for the high end property market, at the same time more sophisticated & discrete. This requires specific skills and class, a subtle but dynamic handling which is solution based, patience, humbleness & an excellent network to make this journey as comfortable & efficient as possible for both the buyer & seller.

Professional & Honest

We sold our property off market with Cayle. He was open and honest about price expectations, the feedback received from the potential buyers who came through and the offers that came in. We accepted an offer after a short negotiation and are relieved we don't have to go through stressful sales campaign and auction. Thanks again Cayle!

Can’t Fault Craig, He is an Excellent Agent

Craig was recommended by a friend in the industry. He is a knowledgeable agent who was able to provide sound advice, and sold the property at the price he predicted before it went on the market. Prior to putting our property on the market, Craig took the time to talk through strategy and an appropriate marketing proposal. Craig is polite, relatable and an excellent negotiator. He is always prompt to reply, and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. He got a contract on our home at the first Saturday open. Craigs commission rates were reasonable, and he was supported by a knowledgeable co-agent Michael, and an efficient and friendly PA Madison. Despite having a team, Craig was present and involved. We would highly recommend Craig, and would have no hesitation selling through him again.

A positive experience

Craig made the sale of my house very stress free. He is extremely professional, yet still very approachable. Craig's communication was exemplary. He rang after every "Open home" with feedback and instigated additional catch ups to readjust our approach when needed. I would happily recommend Craig and his team.

Amazing Experience!

I have sold 5 investment properties over the past 4 years. In that time Craig has been the best agent by far. The process was handled quickly, efficiently and with clear and regular communication. Not only was the process hassle-free but I achieved a price higher than expected. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Professional and experienced!

Craig and his team were excellent. At every step of the way, I felt that Craig had his finger on the pulse of every issue we had on the purchase of this property. They delivered everything they said and were a pleasure to deal with. Craig even messaged me back at 5.45 a.m. in the morning. I can see why he is one of Brisbanes very best real estate agents.
