Helpful, personable and knowledgeable about the market
I was very pleased to meet Anne at an open home a couple of years before we put our Ashgrove unit on the market. Anne was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable about the market and sales in the area. She gave us confidence that we would be able to reach a satisfactory outcome with our unique space despite the challenges of COVID and the property having some features that made it more difficult to sell. It took a little longer than we anticipated to find a buyer but Anne was reassuring and persisted with open inspections and contemporary marketing strategies that helped to bring in more potential buyers. Anne consistently updated us after each inspection and provided regular campaign reports along the way. Anne successfully negotiated the sale price and brought it to contract. Professional and personable
