Extremely helpful, supportive
Craig was very helpful, patient and supportive working with first time buyers who weren't too sure what they were doing. Very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the property and had obviously spent a lot of time getting to know the property that we were purchasing. The whole team at McGrath provided excellent service right the way through the purchase and kept us informed and clear on the processes and steps required in purchasing, which was a great help to minimise the confusion of entering the property market for the first time.

Very responsive, good communication.

An advocate for all parties
Cayle's approach and guidance through what was a unique purchase (sight unseen from the other end of the country, during COVID restrictions, and having never met) has just been superb. Exactly what you want an agent to be- attentive, patient, and a great advocate in consideration of your needs. Highly recommend Cayle and the McGrath team if you're in the market.

A smooth process
Craig and the team were professional and proficient in taking the stress and effort out of the sale of our beautifully renovated Queenslander. There was a constant stream of interested parties prior to the opening and the house was sold on the opening weekend. We were pleased with the outcome and with the process in general.

Great Selling Experience with Anne
My partner and I were looking for an agent to sell my unit and went "Agent Shopping" at a number of open houses. We met Anne at one of her many open houses and decided to work with Anne to sell our unit. Absolutely no regrets! I had a great experience with Anne. She is very approachable, always available to chat, so easy-going and very professional. She understood what I needed, and was happy to adapt to my requests (even when I kept changing my mind!). Anne also worked in very well with my tenants which I really appreciated. Anne provided very valuable advice to achieve the best sell price. My unit went under contract within a week of listing, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you Anne!

Down to earth, hard working agent

Professional
I would highly recommend Cayle to anyone looking for a good agent, he outlined a clear strategy plan for selling and executed it as we had planned. He exceeded my expectations throughout the process. he was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and trustworthy which is everything I wanted in an agent.
